Two popular VIKING TAFL games on one board - HNEFATAFL and BRANDUBH. This item was born from a patrons special request: to put two popular tafl games together on one board. Although I was a little skeptical at first, the end result is fantastic. The two tafl designs are screen printed on hand stained sail cloth, so each one is unique, then sealed with my new stayflex sealant. The set comes with a labeled storage tube, two pieces bags, all the playing pieces for both games, the board, and two sets of rules, one for Brandubh, and one for Hnefatafl.
This game comes with:
One 13 x 2 inch storage tube.
One 11.5 x 15.5 inch playing board with Hnefatafl on one side, Brandubh on the other.
Two playing pieces bags.
Thirty-seven .75 inch maple wood playing pieces, 24 dark stained pieces, 12 light pieces, and one light king piece.
Two sets of rules, one for Hnefatafl, one for Brandubh.
Unlimited entertainment.
