This Yggdrasil Rune cloth is approximately 18.5 by 20.5 inches printed on a hemmed heavy weight natural muslin cloth. It is the same muslin weight as my natural casting cloth and has the same print.
WHAT MAKES THIS CLOTH SPECIAL: The NINE REALMS YGGDRASIL cloth is hand dyed in a pattern that develops into a star-burst on the cloth that interacts with the design of the print, allowing for more dynamic castings and readings. Using professional quality PROCON dyes each cloth is hand dyed (yes, by me and loving every minute), each is unique and truly one of a kind. The first two (001, and 002) were done together, so the colors, and resist areas are very similar, but still very different. Each of these were dyed three separate times to get this effect. For now, and the foreseeable future I will have many variations of colors, and even some with pattern variations I'm sure so I will be posting each one, as they are finished. I will also put some unprinted up as well. And sorry about the price increase, of course there would be some for my time, but EVERYTHING has gone up in price and at a significant level I am sure you are well aware, but I had to bite the bullet so to speak and reflect those increases, believe me, I have not benefited from these increases.
ABOUT THE DESIGN: The Yggdrasil Rune cloth is perfectly laid out for your next Rune cast. Centered on the cloth is a beautiful depiction of the world tree Yggdrasil. From the center in a rustic, hand scripted manor, radiate the nine worlds, the four corners of the world, and the three divisions of the Elder Futhark. The twenty-four Runes encircle this layout, each with their graphic depiction and name broken into the three aettir. Surrounding the entire graphic is Jormungandr, the Midgard serpent.
This heavy weight muslin Rune cloth folds up wonderfully to conveniently store with your Rune tiles in between use. Or is beautiful enough to display on a table awaiting your next casting.
